Our policies

 

01 — LATE, NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS

Our clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period, then will incur a late fee of $15 or their appointment is canceled.  Our clients are encouraged to cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.


Your appointments are very important to our team of professionals. We ask that if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waitlist.

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice.  However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service. NO CALL, NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 100%.


02 — MINORS

5 years of age is the youngest client we service, but all stylists have their own flexibility. Please add your minor's age in the comments when requesting an appointment and send a picture of the child's hair to our Instagram or Email Us.

Obedient with recent policies - the parent or guardian of minor is allowed to accompany them at check-in. However, during the service we ask that you wait in the car or be back for pick up at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the appointment unless it has been discussed otherwise. 

BABYBANGZ Natural Hair Salon + Spa is NOT responsible for your child after the appointment has ended.

03-REDOS

Re-Do’s 

We always want you to be happy with your service! If you are ever dissatisfied with a service, please let us know within 48 HOURS and we will be happy to reconsult with you and make a change if need be. FOR CUSTOM CURLY CUTS WE WOPULD BE HAPPY TO CORRECT ANY CURLS WITH IN 2 WEEKS OF YOUR CUT.

04- SQUEEZE INS

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. We offer appointments outside of salon hours. If you need an appointment before opening or after hours the fee is $50. Sunday or Monday appointments are an additional $100 for our stylist to come in on a off day. The additional squeeze in fee goes directly to stylist and must be scheduled by calling salon to confirm stylist is available.

05-We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:

Anyone with a scalp or skin condition we suspect may be contagious

Anyone with open or infected wounds on the scalp area

Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our service

Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment

Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our hair stylists and other customers
